1. Introduction
Wordle 2025 respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement.
2. Infringement Notification
If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
- Your contact information including address, telephone number and email
- A statement of good faith belief that use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement that the information the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification that must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court
